NGGM (Nurturing Green Goals Movement), an extension program and a non-profit organization recently established this Formation Year 2024 – 2025 at the Nativity of Our Lady College Seminary, as the Department of Philosophy of St. Mary’s College of Borongan, under the guidance of the Dean of Studies of the College Seminary.
In the recently concluded 10th Philosophical Conference with the theme: From the Pulpit to the Community: Mobilizing Environmental Awareness in the Diocese of Borongan held at the Nativity of Our Lady College Seminary on January 10, 2025, NGGM was founded. With its goal for Environmental Awareness to give light to the present environmental concerns in the province and also in this world of rapid technological advancement. NGGM is there to spread its message of Ecological Conversion in the light of the Pope’s Encyclical Letter: Laudato Si.
